Our newly built contemporary ranch-style house is tucked away in the Porters Mill area. Located in one of Houston’s most serene neighborhoods best known for its southern feel and peaceful atmosphere, you’re just a short 15-20 min trip from the George Bush Intercontinental Airport, and only 45 minutes from Downtown Houston. This truly unique home includes sprawling modern decor on a corner lot with an abundance of privacy. The surrounding are provides gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset. Bamboo floors and crisp white walls create a light and airy vibe. The open concept makes the space incredibly versatile: host a dinner party for friends, host a business meeting, present a cooking class with a spacious kitchen and gas stove, tape your podcast or youtube show, reimagine the space for a contemporary photo or film shoot and make use of the outdoor yard space that features a spacious patio. The types of shoots we're looking for: ideal shoots with small teams, small to medium equipment, mellow, respectful of our home and neighborhood. The types of shoots we cannot accommodate: large productions with multiple big trucks and trailers.
