Welcome to our studio, this 2,300 sq ft multi-set creative studio is located in a historic building in the heart of Downtown LA’s Fashion District. Inspired by travels through the Mediterranean and Mexico’s Caribbean Coast, the space blends earth tones, natural textures, and custom-built installations to create a styled, soulful experience for photographers, creators, and producers. The studio is airy, sunlit, and serene with south- and west-facing windows, soaring 12 ft ceilings, and four+ immersive set zones that offer a seamless blend of modern boho, rustic minimalism, and warm organic design. Lighting & Vibe: Designed primarily as a natural light studio, the space is filled with soft, diffused daylight, golden hour glow, and dramatic shadows throughout the day. We also provide complimentary LED panels, V-flats, reflectors, extension cords, and sandbags for controlled lighting setups. PRICING + RENTAL OPTIONS We offer flexible options for productions of all sizes. Rates vary based on the number of people on site (including crew, talent, and clients). You’re welcome to book by the hour, or take advantage of our discounted half-day (4 hour) and full-day (8 hour) rental options. The more time you book, the more value you receive ideal for branding content days, model marathons, and multi-set shoots. ACCESS + BUILDING NOTES We’re located in a vintage building with charming details, including manual passenger and freight elevators. Please note that elevator access is available only during building-operated hours Passenger elevator: Mon–Fri: 6:30 AM–7 PM Sat: 6:30 AM–3 PM Sun: 8 AM–11 AM Freight elevator: Mon–Fri: 8 AM–5:30 PM Sat: 8 AM–12 PM If you’re planning a large crew or heavy gear, we’ll help coordinate arrival/load-in times based on these windows to ensure everything runs smoothly. Please Note: This is a natural light studio with large windows, beautiful for productions, but not a soundstage. The space is not soundproof and may not be suitable for audio recording. While lighting equipment is provided, the most dramatic effects are achieved on clear days, especially during golden hour. No smoking, glitter, confetti, or small particles allowed. Candles and open flame only allowed with prior permission. Music is allowed at a respectful levels. All crew, clients, and talent must be accounted for in your total guest count.
