About the Space
Our office loft space, which fits up to 20 people, is where you can work hard with your team, as well as impress your clients. This space offers a unique design, natural lighting and a modern feel. Located in the heart of downtown Chicago in the Heyworth Building with more than 250,000 square feet of dedicated offices, coworking space and meeting rooms, we pride ourselves on having very flexible terms in a boutique space that has recently been upgraded. Our staff is on site to ensure a seamless experience. Enjoy our complimentary high speed internet, as well as whiteboard, conference room, and smart board. Some of our additional services include: - Smartboard/Monitor/TV - Conference Room - Portable printer for printing small jobs in Black & white or color. Before your booking, we ask that you provide a list of attendees and any additional requests. We look forward to hosting you!

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Firstly, the customer service provided by the event manager was exemplary. From the initial inquiry to the conclusion of our event, the manager was attentive and responsive, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. The space was fully equipped with all the amenities to facilitate a productive meeting. State-of-the-art equipment, high-speed internet, and comfortable seating arrangements were some key features that stood out. The space's thoughtful layout enhanced its functionality, easily accommodating our group while allowing for different meeting dynamics. The venue was located in the vibrant Downtown Loop and was easily accessible for all attendees. The central location also allowed for easy exploration of the city’s dining and entertainment options post-event, which the attendees greatly appreciated. This loft was awesome. Super close to what we had going on in the Loop. Very convenient and easy to book and get to. Very clean and fast/friendly correspondence from Walter. Nice areas to work in and have quiet space for meetings! Sybil, who managed the space while we were there, was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly!
