Our rustic modern home is nestled in the Sunnyside area of Fresno, CA, it has 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Our ranch home has a simplistic layout, a modern feel, and a unique boho character from the decor. There is plenty of outdoor space to host a small event, film productions, and photoshoots. The house is completed renovated Summer 2021. There are plenty of natural light with lot of windows.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
