Perfect for events, parties or gatherings. Fully remodeled kitchen with high-end appliances and unique kitchen table for seating of 4-6. Cozy living room with small fireplace, large windows, tons of plants, and modern details throughout. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home features an open kitchen/living room layout with hardwood floors and natural fibers. One large island with three stools separates the kitchen and living room. The dining area features a beautiful live-edge wood-slab table with four beautiful, craftsman chairs (two additional wooden folding chairs are available). The entire home is accessible during the booking. Easy public parking make this location super accessible.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
