About the Space
A short 10 minute drive from downtown Livermore, this vineyard estate will have you feeling like you are a world away---with breathtaking views overlooking rolling hills, vineyards and spacious sky. The main facility which can hold up to 60 people comfortably, is a 1500 square foot tasting room facility which features a granite counters, tasting room bar, stove, oven, half bathroom, and plenty of space to set up your private event. Event has use of own fridge/freezer in the space. Additional areas that can be utilized include patio deck of pool/spa area (no swimming, please), tables set among the vines for a meal, or large paved driveway lined with trees. Owner has experience with event planning and can help with all aspects of your event to insure every detail is taken care of. Come breathe, relax and enjoy country living.

This was the most PERFECT spot for our daughter’s first birthday party! We used all of the amenities and there was ample space for games, crafts, and dinner. There was plenty of wall and counter space for our decor, food, drinks, etc. I appreciated how the host was always prompt with any inquiries we had an flexible with time changes and other requests. I would definitely book her again for any future events. Thanks again!

This was an amazing venue for hosting my son's first birthday party. It has a ton of flexibility with plenty of space in the tasting room as well as the 2 outdoor patios on either side. We were also able to setup some seating IN the vineyard itself. Annmarie is a great host and helped a great deal with setup and receiving vendors prior to the event. Its good venue for adults and kids alike. Kids have a lot of room to run around and play. Annmarie's neighbor was also kind enough to bring over some of her rescue animals for the kids to pet.

We celebrated a very special baby shower at this wonderful venue hosting around 30 people. The location was perfect for our guests coming from different cities around the bay area and northern California. AnnMarie, the host of the venue, was very helpful leading up to the event and very easy to get a hold of for all our questions. She is flexible with her time and made it easy to set up appointments for seeing the venue and then for the actual set up day made herself available and was very accomodating. The day of the event she helped coordinate parking as guests were arriving which was super helpful. One thing to note is that there is a set up fee so make sure to plan your set up window appropriately. Overall, our event was a success and our guests were very delighted with the venue. We highly recommend it for any special event!

Everyone was so impressed with this venue! Beautiful space to host an event, with the ability to move freely from outside space to inside. The bar/ kitchen area was spacious. Tables were set up just as we had discussed. Sound system and TV set up worked perfectly. Hosts were accommodating at every step. Loved it!
