About the Space

This is a 7 bedroom multipurpose production house. There’s a recording studio with high quality equipment. A Yoga/Meditation room, which has a full massage table & hot stones. Fully usable kitchen with studio/ring lights (often to use for cooking videos, music videos etc.) One fashion room equipped with a printer, T-shirt press and more. Four different rooms utilized for photos and videos.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Yes, I would book again.

This place was an amazing spot where I was able to host my event. Sydney was amazing and very communicative and it came to our booking. If we had needed anything, Sydney was able to accommodate us. Overall, I would say book this place if you can.
