About the Space
Our space is perfect for any photo or video backdrop. Our interior and exterior boasts of natural light, intentional design, old forest and natural backdrops. Perfect for bridal, boudoir, intimate family photos or professional elegant photography or video. The home is around 1700sq ft. We have two good sized bedrooms filled with natural light and wonderful colors. The third bedroom is small with a desk, daybed and lamp. The main living area in the home has a stone fireplace complemented by rich colors and a hand painted golden mural. Our sunroom has sparkling chandeliers, golden accents and of course, more natural light and bright colors. Outdoors, we have several large boulders on the property. We maintain the growth of the ivy but we have left it very natural. We have rock walls from the 1910-1920's era that make for a perfect backdrop. We also have a fire pit that can be used for ambiance. We border national park so the property is very wooded. In the winter, the city of Chattanooga can be seen twinkling at night.

The home is professionally cleaned between guests. Hot water and sanitizing cleaners are used on all high touch, high use areas.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
