Bright Modern Farmhouse

REQUIRED: Tennis balls are required at the ends of tripod. We have very light hardwoods, and unfortunately, the use of tripods has stained and chipped our hardwood floors. We would love to continue to share our home with you so please be mindful as this is our personal residence as well. No tripods/lights will be allowed going forward without tennis balls. Large crews of 5+ will now also need pre-approval due to prior significant damages. Our house has lots of windows, a high ceiling, and a 2-story living room with a screened-in patio. Our dining room off the front door is currently empty and works great as a studio space. We will be here to let you in and show you around to make sure you have everything you need! Please note our kitchen is only for photography or videography use not for actual cooking without prior approval. Our 2 story living room curtains is app controlled and we will happily help set up lighting before we leave you to the space. Want to see our home in real life?
