The street-level view and high visibility assisted by the constant foot traffic on Bond street, make it an optimal locale for high-profile events. It provides a balance between spectatorship and privacy with its cleverly designed privacy blinds that shield the interior without compromising on the natural illumination. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

The space was beautiful. Communication with Rima was simple and easy. Rima did an incredible job with the decorations. My daughter and her friends enjoyed themselves. Overall, way better than I imagined.

We needed a space at the last minute and they weee very accommodating. The space was perfect! It felt intimate and open with bright windows and cute decor. We didn’t need to worry about anything and had a beautiful celebration.

We were looking for an after party spot for our wedding that had a tasteful decor and would allow a Dj to play into the evening, and this studio was the perfect choice! We couldn’t be happier with the stylish vibes, amenities and hospitality. Rima was an exceptional host and venue director who answered all of our questions promptly and was extremely helpful with coordinating drop offs and pickups. She went out of her way to make our outside vendors (bartender, Dj, and photographer) work optimally including helping to get our guests outside for a special photo op. This studio is versatile, has furniture, plants, curated lighting, a kitchen and all you need for a day into nighttime event. We arrived just before sunset and it was a nice transition to a dance party. I highly recommend this venue and would consider it for a birthday, dance party, art opening, movie screening or a small to medium dinner party since they have a fridge and a ramp for easy deliveries. Our bartender, Geno, was awesome and positioning in front of the kitchen was perfect. Robert was a great help; discreet, positive and seamless in his actions. They are both true pros. The sound system was loud enough and the disco ball really created the fun and happy atmosphere. Lastly, Rima is a great communicator. Thank you! Hope to book here again!
