Located on the border of Costa Mesa and Newport Beach, is our 1,500 sq. ft. space. Our studio has polished concrete floors, a hair/makeup room, a restroom, and a cyc. There is a roll-up door that opens up to the parking lot. Within the space, there is plenty of power. The hair and makeup room features a large front-lit mirror, comfortable furniture, and air conditioning. The studio is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, stainless counters, and a sink. Cyc: 16' x 16' x 14'10" high. Studio ceiling height is 17' Hair/Makeup Room: 12' x 10' x 9' high Studio (including kitchen area): 33' x 42' x 17' high Roll-up door opening: 10'3" x 12'6" Clients are welcome to utilize on-site parking as well as additional street parking.
