Our studio is designed to give you a luxurious experience for an affordable rate. We have industry-standard equipment and expert staff that will give you a clean professional sound. We've got you covered from recording your new hit record to live streaming your podcast to recording content for your socials. Our Equipment Highlights: Neve 1073 Preamp, Purple Audio 1176 compressor, Universal Audio Interface, 4 SM7Bs, Fender Rhodes, Warm Audio U87, Rode 4 Channel Mixer with Bluetooth capabilities Our cozy but capable studio should cover all of your audio needs! FYI: The price listed reflects the rental rate ONLY. If you need a professional engineer there will be an additional fee of $35/hr.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
