24 hour access! Nuemann microphones, Rodes microphones, Avalon pre amps, SSL interface + much more. We use Pro tools to record you and we have state of the art equipment to make sure you get the best sound possible. Located in North Hollywood with 24 hour access and private parking we are fully equipped to accommodate your next recording session.

24 hour access gated parking lot with many private parking options.
General Rules
There will be a cleaning fee of $200 for any trash left behind. 24 hour access and there is no smoking inside the recording studio. There is a fee if you decide to smoke during the session.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Recording cameras on the premises and in the studio space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We make sure we clean the space after every studio session to ensure quality experiences.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
