OUTDOOR MEETINGS ONLY - NO INTERIOR ACCESS Beautiful custom built lake house on an acre of private land, featuring spectacular greenery, nature, and pond views on location. Contemporary farmhouse interiors with an open floor kitchen, great natural lighting, just 20 minutes outside the city of Atlanta. A private oasis of lush trees, meticulous landscaping, a huge wrap around porch make this space is perfect for any exterior production or outdoor event. It features a amazingly large back yard, long driveway for production vehicles, or valet parking, a 2 car garage a private detached garage with a storage loft. On the inside this tranquil location you'll walk into french doors to find a open concept kitchen showcasing a perimeter layout with contemporary style cabinetry, luxury stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and a breakfast bar. All rentals include outdoor seating for up to 15 people, additional furniture can be provided for additional fees. Please ensure you have enough seating and tables for your guests. All guests have access to all spaces and areas in the front and the back including garage if needed for an additional fee. In the event of rain, all guests need to have their own independent contingency plan in place. No interior access will be granted. Groups events up to 35 people are allowed, and rates will change for late-night productions. A Site Rep fee will be added to any shoot above 20 people. Currently the property is available for outside and inside use. + 35 minute drive to airport + 5 minute drive to grocery store + 3 car garage + Large driveway. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
