Natural Light Filled Home Studio on South Mountain

This natural light home studio offers an open concept floor plan and 10’ ceilings throughout the home. It’s perfect for both photo and video shoots and is only 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor. The home is dressed minimally which gives you a blank slate to work with for styling. We have multiple lifestyle scenes + ceiling mounted backdrop paper available making this rental very versatile. This photo shoot location is owned and operated by Outlive Creative - a Photo and Video Production Agency in Arizona. If you need crew or equipment for your shoot we can also provide this as well. ✔️ Kitchen: A fusion of minimal, modern, and Scandinavian style. The space can come fully equipped with high quality designer kitchen decor or bring in your own props to style it yourself. It features an 8 foot wide quartz countertop waterfall island, floating shelves, and black appliances. There’s enough space to shoot into the kitchen with long lenses from multiple angles. ✔️ Dining Room: Located right next to the kitchen, this space includes a one of a kind custom built 8 foot long river table with 6 dining chairs. The table is on casters so it can easily be moved out of the way or re-positioned if needed. Next to the dining room is a 12’ wide sliding glass door leading to a covered patio and small backyard. ✔️ Living Room: Light grey concrete floors and modern furniture from Article. Everything besides the TV is modular and can be re-arranged. We installed pure white roller shades for soft diffusion. ✔️ Covered Patio / Backyard: 2 outdoor furniture sets and dining table with 6 chairs. RBG string lighting kit allows you to change the color of the bulbs with an app to match any vibe. The location of the sliding glass door allows you to get telephoto shots of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. ✔️ Garage: (Not pictured yet). Temperature controlled garage with a ceiling mounted backdrop paper. Includes 9’ wide Savage Universal paper in: white, plum, sand, bone, sea green, mocha, lemonade, and turquoise. This space is also perfect for staging crew and equipment. ✔️ Office: (Not pictured yet). The office looks straight into the kitchen and has 2 fully built iMac 5k workstations - perfect for DIT or tethering. You can also use this space to shoot from and/or staging. Contact us if you are interested in using the workstations. ✔️ Master Bedroom + Bath: (Not pictured yet). COMING SOON. 1 king size bed on a Thuma bedframe. White painted concrete floors with south + east facing windows. The bathroom suite includes a double vanity perfect for hair and makeup.
