- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This space was perfect for my birthday party! It exceeded my expectations and Sade the host was so accommodating in allowing me to book at the last minute when a previous venue booking cancelled the week before my event. It was clean spacious and just as advertised. Will definitely book again!

This is the perfect place for an intimate gathering. I had a surprise bday here and the space itself was very accommodating. It is nicely furnished, upgraded, and has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Sade was also really responsive and flexible throughout the booking. It was easy to work with her. I highly recommend this space!

This space was perfect for our cozy baby shower. Host was very responsive. The space was clean and spacious with notes on how to work things which was very helpful. I will be booking again!

This space is amazing! It was a great place to host my husband’s birthday party. Parking was easy and abundant. The host, Sade was very responsive and wonderful to work with, throughout the entire process.

This was a beautiful space that accommodated my 20 person party perfectly! The deck has a very scenic view, there is a great wall for photos and overall it was a great space. Sade was very communicative and answered any and all questions in a timely manner. Definitely recommend you book this space for your next event!
