This newly renovated 1920's residential townhouse has brand new everything including an updated open floor plan (dinning room, kitchen & living room) complete with a designer kitchen featuring an oversized island with comfortable seating and a cute outdoor space. The cozy & charming property is approximately 1600 sqft and can accommodate a 10 person team from 8AM -- 8PM. Natural Light: 1 large light flooding front facing window with two large windows in the exterior Capacity: The dining room can accommodate 6 at the dining room table and an optional additional 2 seat bench for a total of 8. The island seating in the kitchen can accommodate 3. Living room can accommodate up to 10 people. Outdoor space can accommodate 10 standing -- additional outdoor seating can be provided. Nearby: Second Street Brewing, La Llorona Cantina, Stina Pizzeria, & La Mula Terca walking distance to Passyunk Square and Smith Playground nearby Oregon Avenue shopping center. Transportation: Convenient with public transportation to Center City, I-76 & airport. Amenities: Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove and pot filler, 4 TVs, WiFi, coffee maker, toaster & microwave. This place was absolutely perfect for our shoot! It has a beautiful kitchen, beautiful living room, and great bedrooms. All perfect locations for shooting our different scenes. On top of being a great place to shoot, Kendall was an incredible host. She was so communicative and helpful throughout our booking. ALSO, there is plenty of street parking, which makes it easy for crew and her prices make it possible to have multiple shoot days here. We will definitely be booking this place again!
