About Femme Rock
Our spunky and eclectic multi-purpose music rehearsal space is ideal for audio and video recording, photography, videography shoots, podcast recording, band rehearsals, or general office space if needed. The larger room has curtains on one wall for easy backdrops and soundproofing. Bathroom and WiFi on site, in addition to an edgy punk glam lounge area with a couch, table, small refrigerator, water cooler and coffee maker. The space is femme and queer-focused with a Prince/David Bowie meets Riot Grrrl kind of punk/glam aesthetic. It also includes moody neon signs to add some great lighting to your photos/videos.

All surfaces are cleaned thoroughly after our guest leaves. We make sure that all microphones, drum sticks and mic stands are wiped down.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
