About the Space
Stunning Views of Manhattan Our space is conveniently located in Garment District, steps away from Penn Station and port Authority. We have 8 individual spaces on 14th floor 22nd floor & 23rd floor and can accommodate multiple room bookings for all different kind of usage. We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests in our space. As such, we kindly request that open flames and confetti (any use of confetti will result in a $1000 extra charge) are NOT USED during your rental period. This includes candles, sparklers, and any other items that pose a fire hazard or create excessive mess. Freight Elevators & doorman building, with staff on site. Three Passenger elevators, our space features oversized windows and gorgeous views of the city 6 Oversized Large windows facing South. 12+ foot ceilings throughout, we have 2 private bathrooms dedicated to our space. Suitable Events for Film & Photo Shoots, Meetings, Presentations, Workshops, Interviews/Small Castings, Yoga/Fitness classes, movement classes, birthday parties, weddings, engagement party, Art gallery and more Kindly get in touch if you have any questions.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
