Hi and welcome to STMNT Studios! Studio walkthrough: https://f.io/yWNJFi4f We're a new photography and videography space in San Francisco offering a full creative space with multiple sets and areas that benefit any type of photo or video production. The best thing about it, you can get all the gear you need directly through us. Because it's a part of the studio. The sets included in the space: - A 11x12x12 white Cyc - A variety of different seamless backdrops - A kitchen set with removable kitchen island and lots of different textures for product photography - A lounge area with a jungly green wallpaper and retro furniture - A cozy office space to get work done or shoot portraits, overheads or whatever other idea you can come up with - A green wall with tons of plants Aside from that, there's ample space left in the studio to create your own sets and bring in any kind of props and gear you need to work on your creative vision. Every area can be lit artificially or used with the natural light coming through the windows.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space was just what we needed to capture some beautiful photography on the clean white cyc. We were able to capture a bit of photography in their other spaces as well. Nestled in the heart of the Tenderloin district, the space was easy to get to + there was a spot right in front where we could load/unload our equipment. Management was so helpful — I would work with them again.

This space was absolutely perfect! We hosted a photo meet up with 25 people and there was plenty space. The back drops are great and the natural lighting mixed with the lighting in the space worked out great! Highly recommend!
