The house has a driveway that can accomodate 2 cars. Additional parking can be on the street in front of the house. Do not park in front of neighbors property or driveways

MAIN RULES OF THE HOUSE | PLEASE READ: A. Smoking is ONLY allowed on the outside of the house. If any residue of smoke scent is present on the interior of the house. A large fee will be issued upon departure. B. NO PARTIES, ONLY EVENTS. A few of guests are allowed outside of the listed members on the reservation for staffing purposes but need to be accounted for to ownership beforehand. If youre doing a shoot or artistic display of any sorts, body oils & glitter are prohibited, but paints, props, decorations are ok with owner approval. Nudity is allowed in a tasteful manner but pornography and sexual activity is prohibited. If you are planning an event please reach out with a full on detailed description to come to agreeable terms with ownership. Do not overly blast music out of consideration for the neighborhood. Fees will incur if any of these rules are broken C. If you decide to cook and use the kitchen appliances. Please clean up after yourself with the available cleaning supplies. Do not leave a pile of dirty dishes and grime all over the kitchen. Also if you fill the trash can during your time, please kindly take it out and place it in the green trash bin out front of the house. D. The wine & spirits bar is available for guests under two conditions. 1. If a full bottle is consumed during your stay, all is asked is that you replace it or reimburse the cost, new additions to the bar are always welcomed as well 2. Do not overly and excessively drink to where you become sick, be responsible and know your limits. Lets be real, no one wants throw up & barf all over the place E. When making use of the yard area, please make sure to not leave food & drinks at the deck or jacuzzi areas as this may attract unwanted creatures/ animals especially at night. Please be extremely careful to not spill items if you are drinking while using the the hottub jacuzzi. Soaps, bubble baths are not allowed in hottub as this can damage it. DO NOT SMOKE OR EAT in the hottub, if ash, smoking materials of any sort and/or food remainings are found in the jacuzzi it will incur a large cleaning maintenance fee. When you are finished using the jacuzzi just please make sure to place the cover lid back on top of it. F. While children are certainly welcomed at the house. It is imperative that kids are not left inside the house alone and unattended by an adult at all times for sake of safety, security, and potential property damage. As adults during the stay, you are responsible for any children under 18 years old that stay and /or come onto the property. G. Pets may be considered with ownership approval but will only be allowed at the outdoor spaces. Pets are not allowed to come inside the house. If you sense your pet is in need to relieve itself please take it for a walk in the neighborhood to do so. If any pet remainings are found on site, additional cleaning fees will be issued. Please just be aware of the general cleanliness of the home. The house is a modern, clean & tranquil space and we would love to keep it that way for all guests. Outside of this, we just want you to enjoy your time and make magic with projects and endeavors.
