Capacity: - The venue comfortably fits about 50 people, depending on the setup. - Seated capacity for 40 guests. - There are also 2 restrooms available for your convenience. Key Features: - Open tranquil space with a view of the garden, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. - WiFi is available to keep you and your guests connected throughout your event. - A TV monitor is provided for presentations or entertainment purposes. - Enjoy refreshments with our coffee and tea maker, as well as a hot and cold filtered water dispenser. - The full kitchen allows for easy food preparation and catering options. - Additional folding tables and chairs are available for rent, providing flexible seating arrangements. Amenities: - Television and sound bar for audio/visual needs. - Full kitchen with ample space for cooking and food preparation. - Restrooms for the convenience of your guests. - Lounge furniture to create comfortable seating areas. Food and Alcohol Policies: - Outside food is allowed, giving you the freedom to bring in your own catering or hire a professional. - You may bring your own alcohol, as long as it's not sold during the event. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
