A large, multi-use, open space with access to a luscious garden. From being an entertainer's dream, to hosting pop-ups or a place to showcase your events, goods, and trade, it can also be used as a beautiful getaway in the heart of the Historic Heights, with the energy and feel of a nature-like getaway. The space is perfect for meetings,classes,or any intimate events for up to 40 people. Features: WiFi, TV monitor with Roku and HDMI connections, coffee/ tea maker, hot and cold filtered water dispenser, full kitchen. The venue has a house like setup with sofa, dining table, chairs, benches, counter stools. Extra folding tables and chairs available for rent.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The host is blaming me for her oven glass being cracked when it was cracked prior to me arriving to the event. She stated she walked the space so I didn’t say anything because I was under the impression she already knew. I asked her to rewind her cameras to see when it happened but coincidentally “the cameras only work when the alarm is on”. She then stated she had a hosting the night before and there were no pictures taken indicating when the oven glass cracked.

Despite its cozy size, the venue is open and welcoming, with a warm ambiance that sets the tone for any occasion. You have to elset up and decorate the space yourself but, as long as you have enough hands to help, it is a breeze. Ms. Parry was incredibly attentive and easy to work with. From the moment you inquire to the end of your event, they ensure every detail is handled with care, allowing you to focus on enjoying the experience. The amenities are ideal for the size, with audiovisual options, comfortable seating arrangements, and a kitchenette for catering needs. Despite being a smaller venue, it never felt cramped. If you’re looking for an intimate, hassle-free venue for a smaller event, this space is a perfect choice. Highly recommended it!!

The space is very unique and was a hit with our guests. This was the perfect space for our client appreciation event. It comfortably held 40 guests at one time. Parking in front is limited but there's street parking and a pay-to-park spot less than 100 yards down the street. The full kitchen was great for serving hot and cold appetizers. Two bathrooms were a bonus.

Amazing space, all the guests raved about it! So much character (and photography spaces) in the garden entry. Very nice that everyone could park out front. We had a family-friendly dinner, and the kids were much freer as opposed to a restaurant. Host (Parry) was extremely responsive.
