About the Space

LA LUZ ( THE LIGHT )- a brand new Tulum inspired loft space located in Downtown Los Angeles. The space includes a photo backdrop containing three different backdrops ( white, grey, and beige), three multiple themed set designs to pose on/with, and lime washed walls to similar colored floor paint. The space it self contains a wall full of South facing windows allowing in beautiful light all day long. By the backdrop wall you will find a freight elevator that is not in use, but may be used as another background prop. Our loft provides a private dressing room behind the curtains with a full body mirror, a makeup vanity area, and a clothing rack. We also have a storage room full of studio lights/ equipment listed below for you to rent out as needed. Our unit includes A/C and three industrial fans to always keep cool. This studio is a single story light filled space over 2,000 square ft on the 4th floor of the commercial building. *BUILDING INFO/ ELEVATOR INFO* - This building is open 24/7. The building has a large freight elevator that operates: Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM Saturday 8AM-1PM Sundays CLOSED If booking when the elevator is closed, just know we are on the 4th floor so you will have to take the stairs. If you are a large production or have lots of items we suggest that you book within the operating elevator hours. There is also a restroom on the 5th floor with a code that we provide for you upon booking. *PARKING* - There is a large parking lot connected to the building that charges $10/car for all day parking (CASH ONLY)! We recommend that you come 10-15 minutes before your scheduled booking to find your parking spot and unpack. Upon booking more info will be sent on how to find/get into the space. The lot is pretty full already by 10AM, but the parking attendant will help you find a space. We will give you more details on where to find/how to find him upon booking. There is also street parking available around the area, pay attention to signs and park at your own risk. Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning is done efficiently between bookings. There is hand sanitizer, disinfectant, gloves, booties and disinfectant wipes provided.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
