Entire house, inside and out, has just been painted and all furniture and fixtures are brand new providing an immaculate environment. Tall ceilings and large windows provide ambient light throughout this beautiful designer home. Open and spacious with 3 dining areas, bar, gameroom, theatre and a huge 'connect room" with 6 luxury double beds for togetherness. 7 extra spacious king bedrooms for privacy. 6 baths. ARIZONA ROOM Always feel like you're outside regardless of weather. A rarity, this glass-enclosed 1,000 sq ft all-season room has two large lounge areas, dining area and fireplace for cool nights. Air conditioning and auto blinds keep it fresh and cool in summer heat. Views of the desert and mountains. This room segways from both the master suite, and kitchen area and into the backyard. KITCHEN Although we are located just a few minutes from the famous fountain park in Fountain Hills and many great restaurants, we understand that eating out on vacation can get costly. To assist you, our kitchens are stocked with the cooking utensils and spices you need for a delicious, home-cooked meal. Ample space for catering for large groups as well. Grocery stores are a couple minutes away and Door Dash is available to this location in case there are last-minute items you may need. DINING Theres a seat for everyone. The kitchen island features spacious seating for 4, kitchen dining for 8, formal dining for another 8 and Arizona room dining seats 4. Outside courtyard and backyard offer more dining space and the Casita dining table seats 8, Casita bar seats 2. Two tables in gameroom can seat another 16. "The Mission" offers high-end appliances 3 stoves, 2 refridgerators, and 2 dishwashers for easy clean up. KING MASTER SUITE - Guests may not want to leave this room once they settle in. THE DEN / ROOM 7 - With windows and views into the courtyard, the den is edgy and modern with cool features, a designer queen size bed with luxury bedding & pillows, desk workspace, and seating area. THE ENSUITE BEDROOM 2 - High ceilings, walk-in closet, courtyard views and windows to enjoy the soothing sound of the courtyard fountain, a huge king luxury bed, sitting spot for a book and coffee, a custom "fandelier", private full bathroom and a little touch of bougie make this room a favorite. JACK & JILL ROOMS 3 & 4- High ceilings, huge king-size beds with the most comfortable mattresses and bedding, desert landscape views from extra large windows, and sitting areas, these rooms are perfect for those who want privacy but closeness. 5-star hotel quality and so, so quaint and cozy. A bathroom is shared with seperate entries, seperate vanity, and private toilet and bath-shower. NANNY ROOM BEDROOM 5 - This unique bedroom is one of the classiest bedrooms that is only called the nanny room becuse it gives access to the "group room" in case someone needs to be "keeping an eye out". Crystal, designer lamps rest on large nightstands and brightening the room with beauty next to an extra large king bed with 1000 count sheets and luxury bedding. Two designer chairs invite you to sit and read and enjoy some quiet time as you admire the gorgeous mansion mirror. Walk-in to a large closet and access a brand-new bathroom with floor to ceiling glass rainfall shower. CONNECT ROOM ROOM 6 - The best room in the house for connection, the group room provides 6 double beds with 12 inch memory foam mattresses and luxury bedding for uncompromised comfort, settled into 3 double bunks. Storage stairs to top bunks, privacy divider for changing clothes. In-direct access to two, very large full bathrooms. Hang out in the room's center around a table in the oh-so-comfy rocking gaming chairs. The group room segways into a nine-seat, large screen, surround sound theatre, which segways to the gaming room. The late nighters can hang out and party at this end of the house, while the others can sleep quietly on the other end. CASITA BEDROOM ROOM 7 A true Casita feel with Southwest inspiration, the very private Casita bedroom sports an oversized king bed with luxury bedding, closet, windows, ceiling fan and a full attached handicap accessible bathroom with walk-in shower THEATRE - Seats nine in electric recliners with lit cup holders and usb ports. Two access doors that are closed during movie time and to keep the room super dark and the surround sound in. Smart screen technology allows guests to sign into their favorite platforms like Netflix or to YouTube music to crank it up for party time in the game room THE GAME ROOM aka "GOOD TIMES ROOM"- For kids and adults alike, this room provides all that is needed for fun, interaction and good memories. Luxury premium leather couch to lounge and laugh, billiards table, ping-pong table, air hockey and darts for some healthy competition. This room easily converts to a CONFERENCE OR MEETING room with projector. BAR - Vacation time is party time! With a chef's sink, mini-fridge, granite double countertops, shelving, cabinets, and the coolest designer mirror, you'd better staff a bartender to keep the drinks and fun flowing freely. No need to worry about the bar seperating you from the others, it is connected to the open- concept kitchen and family room so the guests can vibe off each other. THE DINING ROOM - Just a bit away from the kitchen and bar, guests enjoy and love this dinig area because of its modern, chic feel. A stunning piece of art gives the eight diners something to look at from their designer, leather chairs and black marble table. Open the windows to the courtyard for an evening breeze and sound of the fountain, as you enjoy chandelier, candlelight and cuisine. ARIZONA ROOM- FEW HOMES HAVE a 1,000 sqft indoor-outdoor room with A/C, ceiling fans, fireplace, 360 windows, lounge and eating areas, large side by side doors opening to outdoor pool area. This room simply rocks!!! SEPERATE CASITA - Rent the entire house or the entire house AND the guest Casita, which is connected off the courtyard and has a full kitchen, king bed ensuite with full & walk-in shower, full kitchen, living & dining room. PET FRIENDLY One dog per reservation is welcome and will have plenty of space to play and socialize. Dogs are not allowed on carpeted areas or on furniture but are welcome to take a swim in the mineral pool. *after booking, home is available for tour by appointment to aid you in planning your special event.
