Multi-Functional Creative Space An impeccably modernized multi-purpose space that has retained its historical integrity. Originally built in 1910, it went on four years later to house a movie theatre called the El Centro, one of Hollywood’s earliest. In its later incarnations, Charlie Chaplin was involved as a prop donor. Today, this 6,500 square foot facility features high ceilings, brick walls, track lighting, and bold primary colors, and is frequently used for all manner of video and film productions and memorable corporate gatherings and events. Copious storage areas can store gear overnight, there is minimal street noise and easy access and parking.

Great space, very helpful and accommodating host, the location was perfect for our production and we were able to utilize the different rooms within the space to create a smooth and organized work flow throughout our shoot.
