There's a large window with views to the side yard. The main level is very spacious, it's open to the kitchen and living room. There's a large island that fits 8 people. There's a dishwasher, coffee machine, and microwave. There are plenty of cups, plates, utensils and bakeware for 8. There's a deck in the living/kitchen space which offers seasonal views of the lake. There's an outdoor sectional for lounging and relaxing. The main bedroom is on the 1st level. The room has a queen size bed and two large floor- to-ceiling windows that overlook the large front deck and side yard. The bathroom is right next to the main bedroom. The bathroom has lux rain shower head and sprayers. The second level of the home has a second living room, TV and table with benches so you can play the various board/card games. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the second floor and an additional room in located in the loft. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. This room has a unique triangle-like shape window. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and has another unique triangle shaped window. The bonus loft room has a full size bed (mattress on the floor) with hanging strings lights for a boho vibe. The second bathroom has a spa bath, a perfect way to unwind after a long day at the beach. In the basement, there's a pool table, dart board, popcorn machine, hot dog maker, and 8-seat movie theater with a 120 inch movie screen and has direct access to the backyard. There are two macrame swings to relax. There's a deck with two rattan seats and small table - perfect for your morning cup of coffee or hot cocoa. The rear side of the home has a BBQ area with a fire pit, dining table, and your very own park-style charcoal grill. There's also a hammock for lounging or relaxing. At night, there are string lights and a huge barn light in the front of the house. There's central AC and heat throughout the home and a gas fireplace.
