About the Space
This is a storefront in a corner building with great foot traffic and visibility. Large south and west-facing windows mean the space is always brightly lit. The space is one large open room with a single ADA bathroom with large full-length mirror. We have two hair/makeup stations, five white mobile desks, 2 office chairs, 16 folding chairs, six black cocktail tables, a functioning disco ball, clothing rack, and a Sonos system available for use. The space works best for gallery openings, cocktail parties, pop-ups, elopements, micro weddings, etc. This space is available for: - Meetings - Workshops - Board Meetings - Networking - Interviews - Company Pitches - Corporate Offsite Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested. The studio is thoroughly cleaned before and after every event by our studio manager.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
