Just a 17 min (6.3 mi) from the hubbub of downtown Phoenix, your private backyard features a large saltwater pool, infinity spa and spacious travertine tile patio. This resort-style home is ideal for hosting large groups, complete with fully-stocked gourmet kitchen and ample space for relaxing. We’ve created the ultimate vacation destination for large parties of friends and family with everything you need to entertain your guests in our two-story, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2,271 Sq Ft contemporary villa built in 2017. For an additional fee, rent our fully-functional Japanese firetruck and take it out for a spin around town. The firetruck is shared between our homes and available for daily rental on a first come, first served basis. To rent, you must be at least 25 years old and able to provide us with a copy of your valid driver’s license and car insurance. Message us for more details on firetruck rental pricing and pick up.
