If you are looking to host in a piece of Nashville's history, our restored factory space has an abundance of natural light with ceiling to floor windows, concrete floors, exposed brick walls in a modern designed space. Located 5 minutes west of downtown Nashville and 1.8 miles from Vanderbilt University. We are the best space in Nashville to host a corporate meeting, intimate celebration, workshop, or photo/video shoot, we have it all! Our space is for those needing team meeting rooms for 6+ guests and rentable conference rooms that accommodate up to 18 people. For larger private events, our highly configurable spaces have a total capacity of 70 with overflow options. When you book with us, you’ll gain access to a variety of the amenities in our ecosystem, including coffee and tea, filtered sparkling and still water, FREE parking, ADA accessible food delivery options, and more.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This space was the exact vibe we needed for our couples wedding shower. The party site person was so kind and helpful yet not intrusive. We had 51 adults with catered appetizers and bar. Space had the right amount of standing and sitting room. We would definitely book this space again!

We had a WONDERFUL experience! Communication was clear, consistent and responses timely. The location was great, the parking was close and plentiful, and the person present for the event was handy if we needed her but not in our hair. I'd absolutely use this space again!

I rented this space out for a large birthday party and it was fantastic! Lots of space to move around, plenty of seating, and great lighting from the windows to take lots of pictures.

This was a GREAT space for our small memorial event. The on-site representative during our event was both helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this space to anyone looking for a nice open space for any event.

The place was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family event. The space accommodated all of our needs for a small family gathering. We don't live in Nashville so we were nervous about renting the space without viewing it in advance. However, the space looks exactly like the pictures and the staff is also extremely helpful and assisted us in navigating our event from a distance. Sincere thanks for helping us with our family celebration. I highly recommend renting this space for events!
