Perfect for co-working with 10 fully equipped work stations, one large conference room for breakout groups, and an elegant patio area for celebrating or entertaining. A separate space on the top floor, that is perfect for Off-sites and Entertaining, is also available. A discount is provided for booking both floors together. Make our creative space yours!

Parking description

2 regular-sized cars can fit in our garage and 1 car can park parallel to the driveway. There is 2-hour parking on Bryant street, metered parking elsewhere, and several parking lots/garages nearby. The closest parking garage is at 35 Gilbert street, which is about half a block away from the office on Bryant st. for $20 all day until 5PM.

General Rules

Please carefully review our host rules. As a guest, you are responsible for the space during your booking time. Please treat our space the way you have found it. This includes: - returning any rearranged furniture to its original place - returning any borrowed amenities to where you found them - used dishes/glasses, or other kitchen items should be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher - Pets are welcome, as long as they are looked and cared after. This includes cleaning up after them. - Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Please include setup and clean up in your booking time. - Please take care of our space and treat it respectfully. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls or whiteboards. Only painter's tape is permitted on the walls, and it must be removed at the end of your event. We appreciate it if you report any damages before leaving. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Failure to follow these rules, and any damage to the space (including the floors, walls, furniture, or appliances), may result in an extra fee. Other: No smoking allowed on premises. No glitter, confetti, fireworks or anything hazardous on-premises. No rooftop access. No wild parties or loud music Alcohol and outside catering is allowed. The cleaning fee does not include cleaning food service items or disposing of supplies or other items you brought to the premises. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Security cameras and recording devices

We have two outdoor cameras, one outdoor camera in the entryway, and one outdoor camera in the garage. We have two indoor cameras in upstairs common areas, one indoor camera in the studio downstairs, and one indoor camera in the downstairs conference room. All cameras record video and all indoor cameras record audio. There is an alarm system for the building that will be turned on/off for guests, so please be mindful of entering before your scheduled time or leaving past your scheduled time so that the alarm is not triggered.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We schedule cleaners in between bookings to ensure the space is cleaned and disinfected before the next guest.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
