The 2nd floor showcases a spacious and luxurious white water ocean and sunset view living room featuring a large fireplace, 90” flat screen TV, and plenty of comfortable seating from which to enjoy it all. A beautiful modern kitchen also offers ocean and sunset views and has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. This beautiful and natural light-filled great room also includes a dining area for 6 guests. The half-bath is also located on this floor. Enter the home through the custom front door and find all three bedrooms and two bathrooms conveniently located on the 1st floor. The main bedroom is furnished with a California king-size Tempurpedic mattress, a flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and the third bedroom a queen sized bed.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
