Situated in a residential neighborhood of Culver City with abundant parking. This 2 story modern with industrial style kitchen and back yard pool is ideal for many event needs. Film/Photo shoots Private parties Pool Parties Birthday Parties Charity events The residence is complete with a house wide Sonos sound system and of course high speed Wi-fi.

Parking description
2 car parking on property. Free public street parking available 7 days a week directly in front of residence. Metered parking available half a block from location. Free public parking lot 2 blocks away.
General Rules
On site manager is required for all bookings.
No Smoking inside the residence.
All rentals include set up and tear down time.
Production Insurance is required.
Security Deposit is required for all bookings.
No parking where not permitted and no blocking of neighbors driveways.
Guests must provide additional Insurance and valid permits for all vendors.
Guests must remove all debris and machinery by the end of the booking.
Only VIPs can use the restrooms with production crews above 25 people.
Furniture and decorations my be moved but must be returned to their original location by the end of the booking.
Over Time Rate: is 2X the normal rate and O/T is described as any time over the stated agreed upon time in the contract.
Only tape that does not cause damage can be used on the walls.
Producer will place lay-out board or furniture padding in the exterior areas where there will be heavy foot traffic.
Nudity is allowed.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
24 hr surveillance cameras located on all four sides of the exterior as well as Ring doorbell system.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Residence is throughly cleaned between each booking by a professional cleaning company.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
