About the Space
Modern townhome with exquisite designs. Perfect for boudoir photoshoots, music video, graduation/birthday photoshoots and smaller events - the ideas are endless. The home is about 1500 sq.ft with a living room, island for dining, and a backyard. We also have two aesthetically decorated bedrooms and gorgeous baths that make for great photos, filming and content creation.

Parking description
There are tons of parking available, each unit is assigned 2/3 spaces and there are 2 units so minimum of 6 spaces available at any given time.
General Rules
- No smoking in building.
- Outside catering & liquor allowed.
- Be courteous of the space.
- Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in. Please ensure you factor this setup & teardown time in booking hours.
- No screws, staples or any other penetrating items are allowed to be used for set up. Any tape or sticky backing materials but be properly removed. Any damages to the home, and items inside, will be billed directly to the guest.
- Moving furniture is allowed but must be put back in their exact spaces before checking out.
- Not responsible for any injuries on our premises. Please have your own insurance prior to booking.

Cleaning process is rigorous and professional cleaners are utilized to clean the space before and after bookings
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
