About the Space

Free Hour! Tables and Chairs Included! Belmont Craigin venue just now available! Spacious, beautifully newly renovated store front. New laminate wood flooring, large east facing windows letting in lots of natural light. 15ft high ceilings with modern ceiling fans. Plenty of recessed ceiling lighting to illuminate your event. 100 sf Kitchen space with sink, work space, to store/prep catered food for events. New renovated bathroom. Central air and heat. Total space 990 square feet. Street parking is available and is free and it is not permit parking 10 - 72" x 30" adjustable height tables and 50 fold up chairs are included for your rental! Arrange however you like for your event. Additional services are available for an extra charge and include: individual staff/ $18 hour; Paint and Sip/Kids; Painting Party/Adult Painting Party (15 person minimum) hosted by the incredible community resource and prominent Logan Square Art Studio ArtSpace Chicago $27 per person. (SEE ADD-ONS) Provided: toilet paper, hand soap Not included: linens, decorations, paper towels, hand sanitizer, or any products related to catering e.g. cutlery, napkins etc. Garbage (such as gift wrappings, food waste, paper waste etc. as well as decorations) must be removed and carted away with the guest The space is perfect for birthday, graduation, anniversary, reunion, gender reveals, and most any group party for 15 - 50 people

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Yes, I would book again.

Had my daughters prom sendoff using Jacob's space! Jacob and Diana were both phenomenal! From day one, communication with Jacob was outstanding! He responded to any and everything I text to him. Jacob and Diana made you feel welcomed into their space and use it like it was yours! My family and I loved the space, we were able to decorate however we wanted and the free hour really helped with getting the party together! I'll definitely use this space again and appreciate Jacob with helping us get are party stuff into the space!

Very nice space . Jake is really awesome! I would book again. The only reason I didn't give a 4 star is because the staff comes in about 15 mins or so before the end time and it's just very awkward.... They were helpful but it just leaves a sour feeling.

Jacob is an exceptional host; one whom responds attentively and checks in during the visit to make sure everything is ok. The facility is clean and modern with a super clean restroom, kitchen area, and coat hanging area. We had a wonderful experience with Jacob. We had guests asking us how we found this place and some looking to book it in the near future. We for one will be coming back for our small gathering celebrations. Jacob, thank you so much for your kindness and punctuality not only on the day of the event but throughout the process. You made our day special.
