Inside the home you will find a stocked kitchen with all of your cooking and dining essentials, a wine fridge, and includes plates, cups, bowls, wine glasses, and much more! You will also have access to the living room that was carefully designed to create an elegant, yet relaxing, environment. The home is equipped with Hulu+ Live TV. There's a half bathroom, and laundry room downstairs that you will have access to as well. Upstairs, you will have access to the game room where you can play pool or ping pong. You will have access to two bathrooms upstairs as well. No parties!

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
