Small house with open layout and very light design furniture, lots of natural light. Perfect for small gatherings, outdoor yoga and meditation sessions. The yard is really where the money is. Very private and large area. Indoor Square footage: 1000 Outdoor Square footage: 3000 During hot months: please note, we are in the canyons and we usually get a breeze and therefore there is no A/C at the property. Temperatures can get a bit high during afternoon time. A fan is provided.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
