Beautiful, Light and Airy Pico Union / South Park Downtown District Warehouse Studio Gallery with a Rolling Glass Door on West Pico Blvd at Union. Currently used as an Architecture office and Art Studio/ Gallery. Event space available for rent is 2,100 sf plus kitchenette and 3 bathrooms. Rest of the building is architecture office and art studio separately. For medium crews for filming or photo shoots, movie screenings, special events, private parties, meetings, conference room, other activities: 4 hour minimum for Friday, Sat, Sunday. 3 hour minimum for Mon - Thursday. Multi-use space has 21 feet high industrial arched ceilings with exposed wood beams, 11' and 18' high white walls, and concrete floors. Partial Kitchen- no stove, 3 Bathrooms, no shower, beautiful skylights. I'm fine with moving things around or rearranging some of the art. Please let me know in advance. Depending on the task, there may be a small charge for time and help if needed. Art installations are charged at the hourly rate for events. There is no charge for the time to remove your exhibit although it should be done in two hours or less so plan accordingly.

Jose was an incredible host! Not only was he super helpful in the planning process (he had a guy to rent tables from who was incredible, was extremely accommodating to our requests, and allowed us to drop off some of our supplies earlier in the day), but he's also incredibly kind and was a hit with our guests! The space is INCREDIBLE! So airy and modern. We hosted our wedding's welcome party here and it could not have been a better space. We liked that it was private and Jose really allows his clients to transform the space as they need. We had a lot of out of town guests and local LA people and everyone was so impressed with it. We left one of the cars inside and had Jose's mother's art on the wall and everything looked so chic and special! Could not recommend this spot enough!!

Jose is a class act! Working with him for my first event in LA was the best experience I could have asked for. Jose and his team went above and beyond from my initial inquiry all the way until the final guest left the venue. The gallery is extremely spacious and offers an extremely elegant feel. The art and furniture around the building are amazing and add an extra flare to the venue. Our guests were blown away by every single detail and were so happy that they were able to take photos and videos in every corner of the venue. We used decorations from a rental company that Jose works with frequently and that experience was simply incredible. They worked with us even when we were a bit behind schedule and made sure that we had everything we asked for! I was able to do 2 walkthroughs ahead of the event in order to plan our layout and once I shared my vision with Jose, his team executed everything perfectly. He is incredibly kind, quick with communication and easy to work with. He even played music during the event before and after our DJ arrived. Our entire team feels so lucky to have worked with him and we look forward to our next event at this incredible space!
