The place is unfurnished but there is ample space to move in and place furniture. There are restrooms out the back along with a shed which can be used as a dressing room when draped. The space is versatile and can be shaped into any interior that you need, it has standard office down lights with a fluorescent light above the window. There is a pizza oven in the kitchen but it is NON-FUNCTIONING, it can be easily incorporated into a shot or shot around. There are a multitude of outlets which can be used but please exercise caution and common sense.
