About the Space
Truly one-of-a-kind space for your indoor/outdoor event! We specialize in wellness events with our outdoor gym, sauna, 2 cold plunges, fire pit, and grilling deck. The space flows from our 2 story warehouse room with stage and multiple seating arrangements right into the outdoor area with all the amenities. Events with multiple parts are our specialty! You can flow from an outdoor BBQ on the artificial grass under the string lights straight into a lecture on the stage inside. During SXSW (March 8th - 16th 2024) our prices for events are $800 per hour

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
