About the Space
This magical space is perfect for meetings, regular or cosplay photo shoots, dinner parties, bachelorette brunches, fun date nights, self care staycations, birthday parties, wizard movie watch-a-thons and other intimate gatherings. Each room has a perfect selfie location for memorable photos and magical classes such as Defense Against The Dark arts. The Great Hall dining area is perfect for a Potions class as well as a feast with friends and butterbeer. The uniqueness of this space is that it is a Potterhead's dream space that can be utilized in a multitude of ways but is also for anyone who just enjoys a magical adventure every now and again!

Parking description
4 cars can fit in the driveway. All other cars can park on the street just do not block mailboxes or anyone's driveway.
General Rules
No smoking in the space
No pets inside the space
Do not remove any items from the home
No loud music after 10pm
No dwelling in the front yard
Only park in the driveway or on the street but do not block driveways or mailboxes

Security cameras and recording devices
There is a doorbell camera and a camera over the back door outside area and they both are on to monitor the outside of the space. There are 2 other cameras outside that do not work. There are no cameras inside of the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned by a professional cleaner in between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
