For our many returning guests you know Casa Simms is meticulously cleaned and sanitized per CDC guidelines. We installed an ultraviolet light HEPA air filtration system in the HVAC. This means all air in the house is cleaned for viruses, mold spores, bacteria dust mites, and harmful contaminants as it circulates through the air ducts. We installed the same UV light in the pool to sanitize the water. Casa Simms is a 4 Bedroom private oasis with mountain views and decadent outdoor living space. The completely renovated Mid-Century modern compound is located in the city of Palm Springs at the end of a quiet and safe cul-de-sac street with breathtaking mountain views from the rear yard (completely surrounded by a privacy wall). We are located 2 miles and a 5-minute drive from downtown Palm Springs - a quick ride to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and casinos. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and several hiking trails are also 5 minutes away!
