By booking our space for casting purposes, renters agree to the following policy: For open casting calls, the hallway must remain clear at all times and can accommodate a maximum of 6-10 people at once. If additional studio space is needed as a holding area, it can be booked separately, subject to availability. If no additional studios are available, the casting organizer is responsible for ensuring that this policy is strictly followed. We are in a commercial building and all common areas are clean and the management makes sure that everyone is informed about the face mask rule in the building. There are signs at the building entrance and in our studio as well.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
