About the Space
Our studio space consists of two rooms roughly 240 sq ft each divided with a glass studio window between. The control room is set up for full service audio production and songwriting up to 32 tracks at a time. The tracking room is a more flexible space with the ability to move pieces around. Both spaces can be used for any number of projects - audio and video recording, photo shoots, even team meetings. This space also has flexible lighting options. There is no natural light in either room. Audio and video gear list can be provided upon request.

This building has its own parking lot with roughly 15 spaces. There is ample free street parking as well.

Both spaces are soundproofed and are in the middle of a larger building. Very quiet.

Equipment loading description
Loading in and out is easy from two double doors directly facing the two studio rooms. Large equipment is easy to move in and stage outside of the available rooms.

Electrical system description
The circuit breaker is down the hall in the same building. There are 6 outlets in the control room and one in the tracking room.

All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking

The tracking room can be modified however needed. The control room is generally rented as is but some of the loose gear can be moved or removed.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are cameras throughout the building and they remain on for security purposes. No cameras in the bathrooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
While we do have our space professionally cleaned the space itself is split into two rooms of roughly 250 square feet each - 500 total. The rooms have 9' ceilings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
