Located in the famous Ironbound Section of Newark, this studio is housed within a building constructed in the late 1800s that was once a button factory, then converted to a school and is now a multi-purpose facility available to you 7 Days. This space is great for Dance Classes, Yoga Classes, Meetings, Birthday Parties, Holiday Events, Baby Showers, Training Sessions, Various Classes and much more. Features: Solid foundation, industrial style windows, full length mirrors across one wall, speakers included, access to two bathrooms, high ceilings - Fits 100 standing or 40 seated maximum capacity - Rental hours does not include set up and clean up - Large Parking Lot - 2nd floor - 2 bathrooms - Outside Food & Beverage Allowed - Table and chair rentals available - ask onsite Management for additional details
