This is a small historic home in north downtown Denver. It is a 1902 duplux. It features a medium sized living room, small bedroom, pullman style kitchen and small bathroom. This space is styled as a normal, modest home, which is perfect for realistic scenes in the photo & video production category. There is outdoor space in the rear of the home for staging / prep etc with driveway gate and vehicle access. You can back a vehicle all the way up to the back steps of the back door.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
