About the Space
The home is on a 2.5 acre lot with Joshua Trees all around. The outside has a hot tub, cowboy pool and 6 hanging hammocks. This hacienda modern escape is the perfect place to create memories. The inside of the house has a boho boutique feel. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bath with a sunroom. This space is good for photoshoots and parties with 25 people of less.

There will be parking available for at least 10 cars
General Rules
- No smoking
- No loud music after 10 pm
-No pets allowed
-Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
-All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing
-Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
-Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
-Front door must be locked upon departure from the space

We have one security camera by the front door and another one at the end of the property perimeter facing the street for safety and security purposes.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Each space is sanitized and cleaned before each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
