Studio 108 is a beautiful, light-filled and spacious 1100 sq ft creative space for photography, content creation, meetings, networking, auditions, and workshops. The studio offers wall to wall windows that provide beautiful natural light, white walls, high ceilings and concrete floors. A large versatile shooting area, a cozy corner with wainscotting walls and a comfortable seating area for your clients. AMENITIES INCLUDED: - Hair and make-up station - Comfortable seating area with a coffee table - Changing room and full sized mirror - Kitchenette, Mini fridge and a Nespresso machine (capsules are extra and will be charged in advanced) - Bathroom with gorgeous mural - High-speed wifi - Sonos wireless sound system - Big windows provide a generous amount of natural lighting. Shades can be closed to control light. ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKING: - We are located on ground floor with accessible double door entrance. - 2 Free visitor parkings and a few parking spots around the building. Nespresso capsules are sold by box (10 in a box): $12/box Any requested seamless backdrop will be placed by host before your booking. You can select up to 3 seamless backdrops and must be added on before your booking begins.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We use professional cleaners in between bookings to ensure a disinfected clean space foe new clients. Hand sanitizer is available. The studio needs to be shut after it's vacated. Do not leave the door ajar when done with the photoshoot or event. Loss or theft due to the inability to close the door will be charged to the renter.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
