About the Space
Our top tier event space will allow you to transform your vision into reality. With an all white premise, you can design the space as needed. Our lights and amenities will make your patrons feel right at home. The space can be used for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: baby showers, birthday parties, bridal showers, pop-up shops, team building events, fashion shows, intimate gatherings, etc.

General Rules
No smoking in the building. Outside catering is allowed. All events must end by 12am. Outside alcohol is allowed, however outside alcohol cannot be sold within a permit.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Video recording will be included to provide oversight across external and internal activities.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The event space is cleaned before all events, and immediately after each event. If the space is not presented how it was received, an additional fee may be incurred.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
