About the Space
This is a beautiful recording studio with two rooms fully equipped for music production and podcast room with four mics for podcasters, and a lobby as a social common area. The Recording Room is a luxurious space, completely soundproof with an island in the middle for leisure, a bar as an add on, huge recording booth, games, and a Pacman machine available for guest use. The podcast room includes all of the standard radio equipment needed to run your podcast instantly. The room includes 4 mics, 4 headphones, and a Rodecaster audio board for your control.

No weapons allowed inside of the premises

No smoking before 6pm
People under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 at all times.
No one is allowed in the office or the back room without the owner's approval.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
You can decorate however you like. As long as you put everything back to where it was

Security cameras and recording devices
This is a commercial property with full surveillance in the front of the building. There are also a camera on the door of the entrance of the space, a camera in the upper right corner of the recording room and podcast room
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our staff is required to disinfect between every booking, using Lysol, disinfecting wipes, and air sanitizers.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
- Detailed checklist of updated cleaning procedure. Download checklist

- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
